Reloop RMP-2 Disc Error + Cue Button

Hi,

I own 2 RMP-2's, which have now started playing up.

One of the players does not like reading discs when it takes the disc in, and sometimes does not like ejecting the disc.  It will eventually release, but after several presses of the eject button.

The second player I have seems to have a problem with the Cue button, it only works after 5-10 presses of the Cue button.

Both of the above problems have affected my mixing.

The dealer I bought off is online, so I am unable to take the players in to them.  I bought the players early/mid 2008.

Your help on this would be very much appreciated.

you should send the players to the retailer where you bought them.
