Rmp 2 disc error

Hello,

when i put a cd in my rmp2 it always gives disc error??? i did also a software reset but this didn't helps me out.
What can i do now? it only 3 weeks old????????

please define your problem more in detail.

If the CD does not eject at all, please return your player to the dealer you have bought it from. Then it should be exchanged.

The cd doesn't play, on the screen there stands disc error,in my other player it plays as well.But i brought it back to my dealer. i'm now waiting when it comes back

I have the same error now. I have replaced the laser / drive (KSS 213 VS), but the error is still there.

Also the cd is not spinning round. Can you please give me some advice how i can fix this?

Dear Reloop Tech Support,

Last month whilst visiting NL I bought two RMP-2 decks. In one of these, any CD I insert gets message Disc error (whilst same CD plays fine in the other deck). This error started only the third time i have used this machine. I see others have experienced similar problems, and hope there is a quick fix solution? The main problem being I live in Tanzania, to send the machine back to Europe for repair/replacement will be expensive.

Please advise
