For a time now i had the problems with the cue button on one of my reloop, it sometimes does not work or has a slow reaction time. Now I still have warranty for this product so i will send it to my dealer. But I have another reloop RMP1 that has got the problem, but not as often as the other one. So what if i send both, and they can't find the button problem with 1 of the reloops? Will they still fix it? Or will they send it back? And if they fix it, what will they do? Will they just replace the buttons? Or do they use something so it does not happen again?
