Problem with the effects area

Hello people,

I have a little problem with my DJ Controller (Reloop Digital Jockey 2 Interface Edition)
With my controller I use Traktor Pro.
The effect area is not working like it should be. Normaly you can select at the left 3 effects(FX1), but when I select them and put them on nothing seems to be happening
Traktor recognized the buttons because they move when you turn them. Also the dry/wet button turns, but still I don't get any effect in my music.
The same problem comes on the right side(FX2) Only here does'nt work anything, nog turning buttons, no effects, nothing.

If somebody knows anything dat could help, I would really really appreciate it!

You know that you have to apply your effect sections to the decks. There are "number buttons" near to the decks which have to be pressed.

hello i also have the same problem as elvis, namely I 2 Reloop Digitak jockey for several months and I use Traktor Pro 3,2,1 tried it with another traktor pro but the effects do not work, everything works on the LE and the Pro does not. Please help me because I have no idea what I do figuring in different ways but nothing has wrought. please help me
