Rmp's won't buffer when cue is set
« on: January 26, 2010, 05:02:52 pm »
Hello,

I got a problem with both of my rmp-1's
i think im doing something wrong here but i figure it out.............

when i play a mp3 song i see the song is bufferd for 11 sec.
But........when i pauze the song and set a cue point and hit play again he plays his buffer emty to zero (you see the buffer counting down) en repeats the buffer contineu....

This is on both rmp-1's
when i use a audio cd instead of mp3 there's no problem.....................what's wrong???

I tried several things now......

diffirent bitrates, non overburning nothing seems to help......

and jet anothet mp3 cd (same brand) works fine........i'm confused  ???

UPDATE:

so after a few hours of testing i came with the following results.....
Some mp3's having this issue with buffering.....but i can't find the reason......
luckely the most mp3's plays and cue's fine, but still want to know what the reason is why some don't.

for the record......i tested all mp3's on both rmp's and the results are on both the same.

I can't afford this problem on a live set with audience.....

Still no reply??

You should zip a sample mp3 which doesn't work. This would help.
