equipment returns and warrenties

I have two broken reloop cdj's (an RMP2 with a broken laser and an RMP 3 with pitch fader problems), what is RELOOP's standard warranty on these products as they are both fairly new. and is it possible to send the units directly back to reloop for repair rather than go through my distributor or local repair shop as they have both been poor in resolving issues I have encountered before. If not could you recommend a repair center or shop near to Bristol who are qualified to repair reloop products so I know the units are in the care of people who actually know what they are doing.
Windows vista ultimate, Intel core Duo T2450 @ 2 Ghz / 2gb ram.
2 x RMP-3 (White)
3 x RMP-2 (black)
RMX- 40 DSP (White)
