Reloop RMP-2 - Apology and Request for help
« on: February 11, 2010, 09:11:28 am »
Good morning Reloop,

In 2008 I bought a pair of Reloop RMP-2's from a UK dealer, with one of the players becoming faulty with the cue and play buttons.  After getting frustrated at not getting any response from the dealer and unsatisfactory answers from them, I proceeded to take it out on yourselves, for which I would like to apologise and hope you accept.

To this day, the dealer (which I found to be shocking in response times and what they could offer to help) has still not sorted the fault, as it would have come at a large expense to myself.

I noticed from reading forums, that there were two releases of the RMP-2, I have 1 of each.  What I was wondering, and I am happy to pay for these, was whether it would be possible to have a couple of replacement switches sent to me?

I know given my previous post (I deleted shortly after posting, but none-the-less I would understand), you have every right not to.  In the time the player worked, I was most pleased with my purchases and as were my friend's which own Pioneer.  I am currently saving for the RMP-3's, but in the mean time I need to have both players working.

Kind regards
Neil
