Anyone could make atleast a fast reply like "yes You're right/no You're wrong as well as Your distributor" ??
I also dont see any updates in the firmware... I really dont know what to do... wait bit longer (but how long?) or maybe buy a pair of brand new Pioneer CDJ-800MK2 ??
There are atleast (as I see) two very critical bugs in firmware:
http://www.reloopdj.com/forum/index.php/topic,1069.0.html1. Loop adjust doesnt work like it should - very bad. For anyone who dont use usb sticks/hdd this is a real pain. Let's say that someone have a cd wallet and every of his cd's contain only 1 or 2 tracks in audio format (original mix and a remix) - how he can avoid this problem? He cant because he have 1 track per cd - so the first and only track is like gone - no possibilities to use loop adjust - and this is
critical bug.
It is not some 15 year old kid problem who have no knowledge about real mixing (only fader left/fader right + no beatmatch) who want to have an update of firmware just because they watched on YouTube that Pioneer users have something like this!! Loop adjust is very important for everyone who know how to mix properly!
2. Problems with beatmathing when using jog wheel - also
critical. How to mix if You cant beatmatch with the jog?
This is not good. I know that for an instance: Denon has with their dn-s3700 multiple firmware problems but dn-s3700 is like a tank with many many manyyyy options and they had something like 3 firmware update since their product was released!.
RMP-3 should be like Pioneer CDJ-400/CDJ-800MK2 killer - but it isnt due to zero firmware updates! And if it's gonna be like this a bit longer then Pioneer with their brand new CDJ-350 will kill the RMP-3 cd player. RMP-3 simply wont have a place in the market!
Please - could anybody give atleast a preliminary date when new firmware will be available?
Do not trash Your product like Denon just because there are some firmware issues!
