2 questions.

1. What is better? Put the volume down on the laptop and using the phono port. Or put the volume up on the laptop and using the line port?

On some partys, they need the line port for the cd-players. So, what's better?


2. A friend of mine tolled me, that the sound ouput from Spin is not good enough for parties in big halls or eventcenters. Only for smaller clubs and bars. Does someone have some experience with a big hall? I don't want to test it out, direct on the party.

Why should it not work in bigger halls? What I have heard, the sound quality is really good, but of course, you also need qualitative mp3s (320 kbps or better).

- you definitely need to use the LINE INPUTS of the mixer coming from the Spin-Interface!
- Maximise the system vol of your laptop
