last december i was at feedback rotterdam, there is spoke to someone of reloop. i told him the problem with the bpm counter an he told us there was an software update. he sent us the update by email.
we did the update, and then the problem began, the pitch is F**ked, when we turn the pitch at wide(100%) en put it at 100% the song plays normal, but we can't use the pitch anymore.
what can we do about it??? how can we fix this problem???
