Sound problem-distortion(like-echo)-bleeding into channels,low volume

running vista home premium, on a toshibsa sattalite pro with amd / athlon ql-60 x2 64 bit,

Hi it seems ,that during a set being played the reloop system has some difficulties and this audio is heard instead of the sound that should be heard

link: example of sound/noise. http://www.filefront.com/15985195/Sound-1.mp3/  after the break which is at 53sec i switched the channel to the other deck and u can still hear the sound.


to resolve this problem the only solution is to power off (midi box) interface and restart the software, even if i restart only software the sound is still bad, only rst box and program works.

i have also re-installed the program and it still happens,

im the owner of spin2+ 2 weeks now and it happend to me 7 times now, it is very annoying because i cant really take it to the club and use it cause i dont trust it at all.

- please post your exact spin version / hardware and computer specs in the signatur
- its not the interface, its a combination from your laptop components and AMD processor
- there are several solutions here in the forum, please use the search function

- some of them are:
- AMD USB Audio filter (google)
- use power supply
- try another USB port
- de-activate the search-indexer of win 7
- de-activate w-lan
- de-activate anti virus
- de-activate windows defender
- de-activate internal soundcard in the device manager
- update ASIO drivers and Software version from this forum

Hey..

Ich habe das selbe Problem..
Habe mein Spin 2+ seit ca. 4 Monaten.. und immerwieder gibts Probleme und kommt dieser schreckliche Sound.
Habe alles probiert, neue Nadeln, neue Platten, neu installiert, kallibriert, gain-einstellungen, endstörfilter, netzteil mit ground und auch ohne ground, wlan-deaktiviert usw..

Finds auch traurig dass dann ein Hersteller schreibt was man nicht alles deaktivierten muss..
Der Support hier ist teilweise auch sehr sehr langsam und immer wieder die selben Standardantworten die zu null Erfolg führen. Ich hoffe auf eine Lösung für das Problem..

Sonst werde ich auf Reloop in Zukunft verzichten..
Und ich hab echt jede Menge von Reloop, Turnis, RMP-3, Digital Jockey2, Spin 2+ und hätte mir auch das Contour gekauft.

Hallo DJ Viagra,

es liegt nicht an unserer Hardware, sondern an den entsprechenden Computern - bei uns und vielen, vielen anderen Usern läuft es ja auch ohne Probleme.

Speziell bei AMD-Rechnern kommt es bei bestimmter Komponenten-Kombination zu Konflikten, da gibt es nur Lösungsansätze und keine Pauschal-Lösung. Es gibt ja auch keinen Pauschal-Computer.

Versuch das doch mal auf einen anderen INTEL PC und es wird sicherlich keine Probleme geben.

in my case it looks like the wireless causing the problem. when my laptop is loosing the internet connection (by wireless) strange noises are starting. when im switching off the wifi by the switch on the laptop the sound is bad, even when im deactivating wireless in device manager the sound is bad again. The worse thing is that when im uninstalling wifi the quality of the sound is still bad.
It looks like my laptop has to be connected to the internet through wireless otherwise im getting very bad noises.

It is standard Realtek Network Adapter
I have tried everything what was previously advised, i installed new dirvers etc..i checked all of usb ports,
i installed everything for my AMD processor.and nothing is working....

Do you have any idea how to fix it??

Ist schon klar. Den Pauschal-PC gibt es natürlich nicht.

Mit Intel-Rechnern gehts auch einwandfrei.
Habt ihr ne Idee wo ich nen AMD USB AUDIO DRIVER FILTER für die Acer Notebooks runterladn kann?
Fürs Travelmate 5530! Will das Teil endlich zum Laufen bekommen!!

Lieber Reloop Support!

Wie schon in mehreren Threads geschrieben ist der von dir angeführte Link Schrott..
Man wird dann direkt auf die AMD Seite geroutet und dort gibts den Treiber leider nicht..
Andere Quellen??
