channel one of my reloop spin2+ doesnt work

i have a reloop spin2+ wiht thimecode and first i works nice but now i have some problems one channel doesnt work the other works perfectly. if I turn them, channel one still doesnt work i have tested my turntables whit normal vinals and they work. my mixer is okay two. the programme does not want react simply at the one channel. so i dont undersstand. the second channel can calibrate but the other one not. i'm hope less i have reinstall the programm and driver a copple of time's but is stil does not work. every thing is good connected!
