SMP-1 Time strech question

Hi

I am about to buy an SMP-1, but before I have any important question that is not in the manual:
how does the SMP-1 handle time streching? I mean if I have a 5 minute long MP3 that I want to play 10 % faster, will it strech the play time to 5:20 minutes? Or will it play it in 5 minutes with some jumps in the track?
