Serato SL3 doesn't work well with this deck....
« on: May 09, 2010, 08:46:57 am »
Just a warning to anyone who's thinking about using Serato SL3 with this deck that it doesn't go well together. I bought a Serato SL3 last Thursday and returned it yesterday because I can't use the RMP3 as a MIDI controller in SL3. Luckily I got it exchanged for a Traktor Scratch Pro which works extremely well with the deck now.

Thanks for your feedback but Reloop never said that RMP-3 is 'Scratch Live Certified'! Serato has locked the MIDI-mapping for deck-control ;-)

By the way I am SL user too and if I play on RMP-3 I use the timecode CD or a timecode from USB, both work pretty well...
