i have a problem with reloop spin!2

Hi , i bought lately the reloop spin!2 , at the begining i had some problems with the configuration but later was ok, still have one problem, wich i cant fix it ! hope any one can help me ! well when i start playing evrything seems ok ,spin is working perfectly but after cople songs , the vinyl on the spin interface stop turning and i cant control spin with the cd player ! only when i press pause and then its stop but the pitsh doesnt work , sometime the pitsh and the jog start to work as a control for the spin library ( and im using track n1 O_o)  ,but whats is srange that when this hapened the music dont stop ! its still playing , but i cant do nothing to prepare the next track .......i need help as soon as possible (im using spin with windows 7 so is this could be a problem??) By the way when i restart the softaware evry thing became normale , but after couple minutes again the same !!! O_O

in which mode do you mix? classic, battle or advanced? you should play in advance mode

i play in Advanced mode .....but still have the same probleme

tuntables are in "line" mode?
please post also some hardware specifications.

installed on other pc-system?
problem occurs only on deck A/ or B?

 ,i have windows 7, 64 bit,Duo CPU @ 2,2 GHz , and 4 GB of RAM, so i guess evrything should work normaly , the problem is with the time code i guess , but i cant find any solution for it the problem is on both of decks cople songs and then i cant control anything , from the cd player,only from the interface ( from the software i can controle normaly ,  i mean play, pause , cue ,pitsh controle works normaly ,) ,i can use the cd player only to choose song in the library.....hope u kind of see the problem....

The same thing happens to me and what i do is when it starts happening if the song is playing i wait to it finishes then when its not playing live i press the disconnect button on top of the jog on the screen , its the button that you press so you can play ordinary cds instead of timecodes , you click it on , then off and it works properly again , but RELOOP should find a solution por this as it is very annoying while mixing in a club as the jog is disabled and you cant fine tune the pitch , in general , reloop spin2!+ has loads of problems , whe need an update for the software.
