RHP-10LTD right channel gone

Purchased RHP10LTD headphones two weeks ago from a dealer, and within the first week the right channel has gone.
What is the process for getting warranty replacement/repair?

First of all, you should check the cable.
Sometimes, you have to replug the headphone cable, then it's working again.

I've tried reseating the cable, and using a different cable with notches removed to ensure that it was inserted fully.  Still no sound out of right side.
