Timecode problem with SPiN and Reloop RMP-3a

I asked earlier about my problems with the spin but I did not get an answer, Is it that you do not care about your customers???
I have the following things
SPiN
2x Reloop RMP-3a LTD
Mixer RMX-40 DSP LTD

You just have to connect it as mentioned in the first video tutorial. Is there something that doesn't work?
