Help needed
« on: February 07, 2009, 04:41:51 pm »
My reloop rmp-2 came up all of a sudden with disk error no matter what cd i put in, Then out of the blue it refused to give me my cd back which is now permantly stuck in the player with the word reloop coming up on the display and staying there.
after leaving a while then switching it on the situation has not changed.........the word reloop appears and it still refuses to release the stuck CD. Is there a way of releasing stuck CD's? The Pioneer range have a release key just for this purpose but not sure if reloops have any similar method. any help would be appreciated

A very late response, but the only solution for me would be to open it up. Your warranty will be void ofcourse. You can also go to the store where you bought it, maybe they want to help you.

I have the same problem with never ending Disc Error on a RMP2. I've noticed if I turn the player on vertical position it's working, but this is not a solution!
Please help out here because I'm from Romania and we don't have any Reloop representative
