Problems with Reloop spin interface

Hi,

I'm using the reloop spin interface now for about 2 months.  Everything went fine till last evening.
The interface does't shows any output and input lights anymore while my turntables are connected as normal??!!
In the software everything works, the timecode vinyls are working together with the laptop but still no output and input signal (so i have no sound eighter).

Could you please help me out?

reinstall drivers, works for me

how did you reinstalled the drivers? i can only reinstall the software but then i still have that problem..

Connect spin interface, right click on my compute -> propeteries -> hardware menager, then find spin! interface drivers and uninstall it, when You uninstall it, windows schould detect new hardware connected, then simply install software from spin cd. This schould help You.

i've runned the reset.exe and everything is ok now.
