You are kindly requested to registrate as a "owner" with your hardware- and software key when you recieved the reloop item.
In case of loss please contact me via PM and I will send you the key you have registrated with.
In some cases the key might still be in your cache, start the installation and see if the box is filled automatically.
If you did not registrate as a owner a new key is with costs, please contact elevator in germany,
info@elevator.de .
Of cause you dont have to buy the whole package again, the price is 25 euros and the serial will be sent via email.
