Just how rubbish is this product?

After your total lack of support I have given up and bought Serato.. However I am unable to uninstall your piece of good software as it comes up with an error..
I thought it was bad while using it the constant drop outs and crashes.. but not being able to get rid of it just is an all time low!

Have you tried to de-install the software using Windows own software removal tool? Deleting the folder of the software and it´s content could be a solution as well. Some registry cleaners offer a software removal tool too...

In my personal opinion you can´t compare a 199 Euro DVS (Reloop Spin 2+) with a 499 Euro DVS (Serato Rane SL1) or 718 Euro DVS (Serato Rane SL3).

I am a long time Serato Scratch Live user and it´s a good choice you made BUT: at work I do a lot with Spin and I must say that for it´s price it´s a great DVS once you have it up & run. 2 different things, 2 different prices...
