RELOOP MIXAGE IE FREEZE PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey all.

I have a Reloop Mixage interface edition its about 2 months old now.
i run traktor 2 LE off my macbook pro 13inch i5 4gb ram machine.
it always ends freezing up but i can still controll traktor  off my computer. i then always need to turn it off then back on.
please can some one help me fix this problem, as i play at major gigs and events and it is very annoying.

Which release of Traktor 2 LE? 2.0.x? Thanks...

TRAKTOR LE 2.0.3.

should i switch back to traktor LE or should i also contact NI?

but i run my traktor off the apple battery, should i rather plug the power cable in ?

you didn't test this setup without pluggin in your power cable?

i also have mixage ie with scr pro2.there are 2 reasons of freezing!first,change the usb cable,second,go to contr manager,and check to device setup,if mixage is confirmed,and also the outport and import must show mixage ie.

i have the same problem !!  it freezes sometimes!!  however the configuration is the mixage confirmed but it says all ports in and out!!  how can i change this??

Hello...first time i used my Mixage, when i touch the "sync" buton 2 ou 3 times the midi light stay on and the mixage freeze...next i reeboot the mixage and never touched again the sync buton again, and for the next 3 hours never freezed again... i used the traktor Le and the Traktor 2, runing both in my Macbook.
