Spin 2+ problems with calibration

Hello,
I recently bought new Reloop Spin 2+. Hardware connections and instalation was ok but I got a problem with calibration. I got Reloop 4000 mkII turntables and my pc is  Compaq presario CQ60, widows 7 32bit, AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-60 1,9GHZ. When I want to do a calibration (file->option->timecode) it failed. I also tried another needles, but problem remains. Very often appeard notification "WARNING! Quality of timecode analysed (0-15%) is too low". I "succeed" twice and calibration shows 100%. But when I moved the vinyl the track was skipped. I don't use a microphone. Gain knob is very sensitive. When I turn with it is very hard to find a midpoint of the "UV" meter.

I have read about problems with some AMD processors. Is it possible?
I also founf that the problem can be in input level in asio driver. Where can I regulate it?

YES, it could be that your problem is AMD related. Please check if there is any programm for your computer to clean the AMD soundproblems...

Hallo, ich habe heute mein Spin 2+ installiert und alles hat bisher geklappt, nur die Calibrierung nicht. Es wird kein Timecodesignal gefunden. Ich habe einen DualcoreWin7PC, mit ausreichend Leistung und Arbeitsspeicher. Mit dem Gainregler habe ich schon herumprobiert, das ändert aber nichts. Das Problem befindet sich nur auf Kanal 1, 2 läuft mit der gleichen Quelle problemlos. Was kann da los sein?

Welchen Treiber hast du denn installiert? Nutzt du das Spin Software Update? Danke...

Hallo, ja ich habe das Update aufgespielt und nein es funktioniert nicht. Channel 2 wurde sofort problemlos erkannt. und das bei der gleichen Quelle, da ich zurzeit nur einen Plattenspieler zum Calibrieren habe. Ich habe den Treiber für ein 64bit System verwendet und spin 2+ Installiert. Das ist ärgerlich, gerade weil ich erst 25,00 € für nen neuen Key ausgeben musste. Mittlerweile habe ich das ganze mit Traktor ausprobiert und habe auch hier keinen linken Kanal. Das ist doch komisch, da es sich scheinbar um ein bekanntes Problem handelt. Habt Ihr dafür keine Lösung?

Clean doch mal deine Windows Registry und spiele den Treiber dann nochmal auf. (Vorher suche doch bitte noch manuell nach verbliebenen Dateien des 'alten' Treibers)
