Hi, yesterday i bought that super dvs system reloop spin!, everything is working fine, but the latency is too slow for some fast scratches.. yea i know, my computer isnt that good.. my processor is 1.8ghz dual core and ive got 2gb of ram, so is this that problem? If yes, is there any solution how to get it better working? (My pc is HP 620)

Hi Pady,

just some basics that might help:

- deactivate your srceensaver
- deactivate your anti virus software
- disable your WLAN or LAN connection
- close your web-browser and don´t surf the web while DJing
- check your power settings (under Windows)
- don´t burn CDs or DVDs while DJing with Spin
- don´t use any 3rd part software while DJing

Thanks.. And Ive got one more problem.. When I scratch and my hand is still in the same position on vinyl, im just moving that record back and forward, but i always put it into the same position like when I started to scratch, the music is more forward.. That means that when I scratch with my hand, the music gets more forward, so is it maybe some bug or something? My spin! 2 version is 7.236, is it the newest version? If no, please solve this problem some way, its annoying

The second problem is okay, but the latency is for some fast scratches still poor.. Any other way how to make it better or is my computer just piece of *****?

I found only mimimum system requirements, but not recommended system requirements..

Okay, so imagine that you have the same computer like my and reloop spin!.. Ive got 2gb ram and 1.8 dual core processor. Would you buy more ram or better processor to get it smoother?

More RAM because I guess another CPU would not fit into your board...or buy a MAC!

Yea I know, but mac is too much expensive for me, I am 14 years old.. And do you think that ram would really help or I should trash my notebook and buy new one with better processor?

When I am using reloop spin!, my processor is around 30% and my ram is showing 58% used..
