Can i update firmware for Mixage IE?

Hello, can i update firmware for Mixage IE,please? I have fw version 4.

I understand. But i have a problem. Sometimes when i'm playing on my device it stoped reacting, nothing is happening and only last used LED is lighting   until restart device (on/off button -B41-).  What should I do?

Do you have other USB devices connected to your computer? Do you use an active or  a passive USB hub?

I have connected keyboard and mouse via USB and I don't use USB hub.

mmhhh..  Do I have to had adapter? Device have power DC conector (no. -B40-) for adapter  6V/1,5A. The USB power supply might be too loaded.

That depends to your USB and your computer! But maybe an active USB hub will help...

I have the same problem and i have seen my others post the same problem on the forums. Can you find a solution to this please, it is very annoying in live situations.

my Reloop Mixage Interface Edition is freezing up, at random times. Its not the laptop or the traktor freezing its the controller its self. No buttons work and have to turn controller off and on to solve the problem.   Laptop=intel pentium processor T4500 and 3GB RAM/ Traktor= scratch pro 2  version = 2.0.3 (please dont tell me that the controller doesnt work with scratch pro 2 because i have seen lots of people using it and people are having the same problem with different traktor versions) thanks       (It froze on me today after 20 seconds of use, but when i turned it off and on it was ok for the rest of the session)

I don´t mind if you have seen many others with Mixage and Traktor Scratch Pro! It´s not true and it´s just the wrong information you´re giving but you can discuss that with Native Instruments and their lawyers!

Mixage comes with a limited edition of Traktor, that means LE. So the right would be:
"I am using Traktor 2 LE or even Traktor 2 PRO if upgraded via the NI Service Center."

If you installed Traktor with the serial that comes together with Mixage it is Traktor LE not Traktor Scratch! 100% SURE!!!

But anyways please update your Traktor version to 2.1.2 that might solve the current issues...

I am using scratch pro 2, the software was already on the laptop when i bought it of a member of family. I have not used the serial code that came with my reloop controller for traktor le. Quick question = If my brother has bought traktor scratch pro 2 and has put it on this laptop for me to use and he is also using it on his laptop can we both get the latest updates or can only one of us get them ? I know its probably a native instrument question. thanks

If your brother is registered to the "Native Instruments Service Center" you can use his log-in to update your computer as well...
