Newly purchased Reloop Mixage IE shift key does not work
« Reply #17 on: December 16, 2011, 09:44:19 am »
Hi! Not long ago I bought a Mixage Reloop DJ IE problem with the console and that the SHIFT key is not working properly. The problem is not that long to replace the functions of buttons, just hold down the button. Which is supposed to work, once I press the buttons become the new functions, and then pressed again returning to the original. In contrast, only made for the console, if Hold the SHIFT key. So I can not be mixed. This firmware problem? Even programmer through the SHIFT function buttons on the other there is the same thing happens. What can you do? Program should be?
If yes, why not be reached with a webpage of the firmware 4. Otherwise, the console is.

Thanks for the answers to: Robert Konya!

Not the DJ software, or a midi map layout is wrong! For Virt dj mixed up during the same two buttons and a bad use of the shift key! Firmware or device failure can be. The funniest part is that nobody wants or can help me! I took 2-3 days. I do not understand how this solution. >:( >:( :-\ :'(

I found this in manual (in section 2. INITIAL OPERATION):
 - Connect the included mains adapter to the device‘s DC jack -B40- and a shock-proof outlet.

Adapter wasn´t include. Device draws from USB current only 500mA.. Device need  up to 1500mA. I think that adapter solve my problem. ;)

Sorry, but I don´t understand! Mixage has a SHIFT + SHIFT HOLD switch on the backside (SHIFT LOCK: On or Off)...
