i had the same problem and fix with an external power supply!!

Did you fix the problem with External power???
Great!!!
It's incredible, a company like reloop, can't help is costumers...
Why reloop didnt run simple tests like turn a mixage to external power and tell us that...????????
i cant understand!!!
Now, the least you can do is offer an external power supply to all of us who bought this controler...

I cannot test Mixage with 300 different computers! You all have different machines and different USB ports. It´s impossible for Reloop to test all that. Just a hint: My Mac has enough bus power on the USB port and in case if not I use an active USB hub with it´s extra power supply...

You should have tested it at least with the computers specified in the section "System requirements" of the manual. My guess is that a thorough test of a PC using a USB 2.0 port was never performed.

My 'daily' pc here at the Reloop office is equipped with USB 2.0 ports and I have used Mixage a lot and for hours without any problem...

hello greetings
I'm reading all posts related to mixage and  freezes problem and usb ports

I can read the back of the mixage using a 6 volt AC adapter
USB port only provides 5 volts

mixage must have an electrical circuit to raise the voltage to 6 volts
when connected via usb
if mixage freezes due to lack of voltage
is most likely a manufacturing defect
maybe that's a faulty batch

and reloop must to replace or recall all mixage whit  same  problem

is  very strange  i personally use a mixage
without any problem connected via usb
on a macbook and a laptop

and this makes me think
it is not usb cable problem
operating system
dj program
drivers or faulty usb ports

I personally think that the problem is mixage

sorry for my bad English

How many USB units have you connected to your PC? Do you use a USB hub? Normally the Mixage is able to handle 5V.
