Why does the speed / the pitch of my tracks fluctuate?

There are several reasons for this:
• Spin! is not calibrated
• the neddle is dirty/ dusty
• there is too much weight on the needle
• the needle is worn out
• the timecode vinyl is worn out (scratches, cue burn) or dirty

hey i have this problem, when i started it and did easy setup it didnt calibrate, but still i can play tracks, but when i mix 2 records spin gets a problem with pitching. he simply doesnt do it, i stop the track (via turntable) and it keeps playing and my track selection window is really doing weird, he is scrolling up and down trough tracks and sometimes puts another record on my turntable, as u could say.

now i think it is because it is not calibrated, when i went to File > Options > timecode, and pressed calibrate 1, he says: Warning! The quality of the tme code analysed (0%) is too low.

what can i do to solve this problem??

btw the 2 lines, red and white, are not on the same line in the file options timecode, and when i play a normal vinyl they are matching perfectly
