Brand new Reloop Play -- does not work

Hello,

I've bought a brand new Reloop Play, and downloaded the latest drivers for it. However, any audio I try to play comes out distorted and lagged. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm using a MacBook Pro, running OSX10.7.2.

I've gotten no reply to this, and can't find anywhere to email for assistance, so I'm going to return my Reloop Play.
