need help!!!

I am using the Traktor Scratch Duo  2.1.2 pay version and jockey 3..

The Problem is, i cant adjust the CF curve. or the CF curve doesn't work.. the cross fader

i hv try to re set the setting. doesn't work.

how to solve this ??

Do you use external hardware like CD Players or Turntables with your Jockey or just with Traktor Duo?

Crossfader Curve is not available in "External" mode.

Which mapping do you use. I Just had a look into the newest one (26.1) and and the Cureve assignment is integrated.

Please also have a look while moving the knob on the controller if the MIDI LED lights up.

No, that is in the internal mode , and I doesn't connect any turntable or CD player.


Also when moving the knob on the controller , the MIDI LED is  lighting up.

But I don't know how to check the mapping version..

Actually is the software version problem. Traktor Scratch Duo doesn't support cross fader curve. And I try Pro2, problem solve.
