Reloop rmp2 does not spin disc. Disc error

I have problem with my Reloop rmp2 player. When i put a disk into the player it will not run the disc. In the display I get the message disc error and the disc does never start to spin. How can i solve this problem?

please contact your reloop dealer, seems as if the cd drive must be replaced.

Same problem here, but when i try about 5 minutes it starts working. Can anyone tell me about the prices when repaired in The Netherlands? I mailed several dealers, but no one responsed
