Rmp 3a linked to tractor

I Have a question, I want to link two rip-3a players to a macbook. the problem is that the laptop does not recognize the players. What can I with this problem? Is there somewhere a driver that I need?

they should install them self. you don't need a extra driver.
have you tried traktor with the right mapping file. does that work?

You don't need any drivers, but you have to import a mapping into Traktor:
