Reloop RMP-1: Can't access 100% pitch range

Hey everyone,

I am having a problem. I got two Reloop RMP-1's but I cannot access the 100% pitch range anymore. Meaning: I press the 'pitch range' button for 4/8/16/100 % and 4/8/16% would light-up and work but 100% would be skipped completely. This is happening on both my turntables. This is why I figured that it might not be a technical malfunction but that I might have changed settings (?) (Well, not much settings to change here)  . Or maybe I missed another information. What's happening?

I'd be so happy if somebody could help me.

hi,

perhaps try a software reset:
- hold TIME button and press Track knob
- go to 6. DEFAULTS and press Track knob to confirm
- press TIME button to leave menu
- restart your device

please also note that 100% Pitch just works with CD-Audio - not MP3
