Hello, I have the same problem and it would be dumb to create a new topic.

Since a few days, my headphones output is not working anymore. It has worked for a long time but now there is just pure silence coming through them. I have the feeling something is broken, but not sure. At least my headphones are fine. Also, the settings in Traktor are fine and the ASIO driver is also good. Everything works, except the headphones output.

So right now they SOMETIMES work, but mostly they don't. I keep trying to get them working by rebooting the deck and the software, but no success still.

What could be wrong?

EDIT: I found that in the settings stuff on Traktor, Out 3 and Out 4 are not displayed anymore. I am also unable to select these options even though my headphones are plugged into the headphones output. That means that the software does not detect my headphones?

Please also check your MIX knob in the middle of the Digital Jockey. If you aren't sure, set it to "master". Also the phone vol could be the problem.
Is there a signal?

Nevertheless, could you create a screenshot of your Audio Setup & Audio Output Routing?

Did you also check other headphones?

The headphone is working but i can not get any sound over the speakers (master). Huh?

Are your speakers connected to the backside of your Digital Jockey? If not, then you have to connect them to the master out of the DJ.

Thanks for the reply.

No i have no speakers on the Reloop DJ 2 IE because i have Logitech X230 speakers on the soundcard on my PC.

The Logitech speakers have a 3,5mm plug that is into the Creative Audigy SE soundcard on the back of the PC.

I assumed i could use the Reloop DJ 2 IE just with the speakers on my PC, but it seems i can't?

I have the same issue, is there any more advice on this?

I have the DJIE2, its powered via outlet and plugged into my PC via USB, the PH/LN switch on the back is set to LN and the Input Routing SW/Master switch on the back is set to Master.

I have the same set up as the above user described with IE2 ASIO working and internal routing 1,2, master 3,4, monitor - Only the headphones work.

I can get only the speakers but not headphones to work if I switch audio device to ASIO that runs through my Creative Fatality sound card.

Is there a way to have headphone CUE working as well as the IE2 to route through the USB connection only?

I have a Phono to 3.5 jack cable spare, would it be possible to plug this into my IE2 and connect it directly to one of my sound cards jacks, such as the line in?

Thanks in Advance for your support :)

You can't split up an ASIO output. So, it won't work.

My advice:
Use the Digital Jockey ASIO drivers and connect your Logitech PC system using this adapter cable:
http://www.pollin.de/shop/dt/MDc0OTM0OTk-/HiFi_Car_HiFi_Video_TV/HiFi/Kabel/Audio_Adapterkabel.html

Then, you can connect it to the bach of the Digital Jockey.

Maybe you changed the wrong ASIO in the Traktor audio setup! Pls check! Thank you...
