Rmp-1 Scratch cue and play button broken

Hello,

i've got a problem..
i have 2 rmp-1 scratch players, but while mixing, my cue and play buttons are bad responding. Ons cue is almost completely broken.
It's still in warranty, what do i have to do?
Do i have to send them up, or do you send me a repair kit or something?
